home The Pick Up
As I got ready to leave Jaan told me it would be the first time that he had seen anyone other than himself drive his car away. He told me that he would never let anyone drive it. "It would be like letting someone kiss my girlfriend," he said. Probably a good policy and a good line to go with it. He hadn't had a chance to put gas in it so he gave me $10 and then gave me directions to get back to the hotel. I listened closely and headed out. Filled with nervous excitement I was on my way to adjusting to the highs as well as the lows of ownership. I'd go on further but this is where the story goes from buyer to owner and deserving of full coverage.

Let me just leave it at this: It has been entirely worth it. Go on and read my journal entries for the first month of ownership.
